By default our email server already have SSL setup. Since you are on a shared email server, we have setup and installed our own SSL certificate so you don't need to. You can simply use it and the following are the SSL ports:
SMTP:465, POP3:995, IMAP:993
When setting up SSL using your outlook or similar software, you will receive an error saying "secured certificate that cannot be verified", or "certificate error". Please simply ignore the warning as it will not affect you and SSL will work perfectly. This is normal since you're on a shared email server.
