Q4: What is my IP address? I need to point my domain name to it.
We recommend you to change your domain's
NameServer to us with, so our system will point your domain to our server IP automatically. Our DNS
name servers are NS1.DNS-EZ.COM and NS2.DNS-EZ.COM.
However, if you do not want to use our Nameserver and manage your own DNS records, you can find your IP from your hosting control panel ->DNS Manager
after you map the domain to your hosting account.
Q5: How come my disk quota is only 3GB of
space? I can't upload anymore.
All hosting account have a soft limit of
3GB until their account is verified by our engineer to make sure it doesn't
violate our TOS. If you reach the limit, you can contact us via our
helpdesk system to verify your account and remove this limit.
