I am going to tell my honest experience as a user of smarterasp.net
Let's start with what is important, mainly for new users, the technical support for the client, I am impressed that it is 24/7, which is very appreciated to receive help at any time, the response time for the help that they take is impressive, they don't take even 10 or even 5 minutes to respond (at least in most of my cases), it is really fast, and what impresses me the most is that they help you directly, in the sense that you ask a general question and they first understand it 100% and help you, straight to the point, the technical support is really impressive and this is not seen anywhere else, which makes me understand that they really do care about their customers.
Then, in terms of prices, I feel that it is perfect even for small companies, and in fact, it includes more tools than you can expect, which is really appreciated.
And finally, the free trial, they give you a 60-day free trial, a time that is really more than enough, it even gives you the time to evaluate whether to definitely use a paid plan for the site for your project, simply crazy.
